We ran a scenario planning workshop built on insights from our PHI Innovation Scorecard, which had already been completed by the fund. This wasn’t a passive presentation—it was a hands-on session that engaged the entire Board in active discussion and debate.
Using vivid, evidence-based scenarios, we explored likely futures shaped by chronic disease, affordability pressures, digital transformation, and changing member expectations. The process helped the Board move beyond abstract risk and into clear, actionable priorities.
